First, the main thrust of this website is that "We the People" need to get the judiciary of the USA back under control. Currently many of its members pay little attention to either the laws or the Federal and State constitutions (at least here in Michigan). This site will take you through the issues that contribute to that and include a couple of examples. If you have examples of any judiciary in any state or Federal Circuit that are ignoring the law and/or the Constitution you can send a max 2 page summary to me at jim at this website domain name for possible inclusion in the Courts and Cases category. We can't directly fix the judiciary but we can help get there.
The bottom line is that all current U.S. House of Representatives members should be replaced and one third of all U.S. Senators (all up for a 2024 vote) should be replaced in the November 2024 (or 2026) elections. Additionally no current Representative should be elected a Senator. Most current Representatives and Senators (unfortunately particularly Republican ones but many Democrats too) have clearly proven they are for-themselves-politicians first and not representatives of you, "the People." Ask yourself, and/or look it up, have the necessary annual government spending bills for FY2025 been worked out across party boundaries yet and passed? For the moment, to play the game the safest you should choose a Democrat candidate rather than a Republican one that may believe they owe fealty to Donald Trump (and I say that as a person that normally votes Republican).
Why Congress? Because the Constitution explicitly makes Congress the check on the U.S. Supreme Court via impeachment in the House of Representatives and conviction of bad behaviour (or worse) by 2/3 of the Senate Members present at the vote. See Constitution Article I Sec. 2 Cl. 5, Article I Sec. 3 Cl. 6, and Article III Sec. 1. See Donald J. Trump v. Norma Anderson, et al. for a particularly egregious example of the bad Behaviour of 9 Justices.
In Michigan the Governor and the Michigan Legislature (2/3 of each branch, Article VI Sec. 25) can jointly combine to remove any Michigan Judge. (Michigan Judges are elected, not appointed on an experience/qualification basis.) But that's a separate effort for me in Michigan, your state likely has some similar process for fixing judicial problems.
