Living in the greatest country in the world carries with it some very high responsibilities. The first is to try to "do no harm." Next to impossible to live up to as should be obvious by looking at the track records of countries that have arguably been in that position: Rome/Italy, Germany, France, Great Britain, United States. The United States has a Constitution (not wholly lived up to [see [url=viewforum.php?f=15]Courts and Cases]) which, after various amendments, arguably provides the best guide of any country presently. But to live up to the full Constitution and the larger ideals and to come close to any success requires the solid efforts of (all, or most of) "the People" of the USA.
